Amazon Renewed Program and Lenovo Branded Products
I have been selling Lenovo Laptops for a while now via the Amazon Renewed program, however, recently certain listings have been blocked and Amazon is asking for an invoice showing 10 or more units of Lenovo Products. I have submitted a supplier invoice which shows over 10 units and they have declined this as they are saying they cannot identity the supplier. The supplier is one of the largest IT asset management companies in Europe
It appears that they want some kind of invoice or letter from either Lenovo direct or an authorised reseller. This is going to be pretty much impossible these are used items bought from the a respected company in the UK who and we refurbished them under the Amazon Renewed program.
Anyone else having these issues?
