Monthly Storage Fees in Countries I dont sell
Hi, hoping someone can help. I keep getting charges for monthly storage fees in countries where I do not sell therefore there shouldn't be any inventory being sent to them. I have paid 2 lots of fees for Germany, one lot for France and today there is a new one for Italy. All of my settings are set to disable for any other country than the UK so I just dont understand why I keep getting them. They are relatively low but are now starting to add up and I have no idea how to fix the issue. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I had a single unit find itself to Germany. Had to create a disposal order with the help of Support as it was stuck in FC processing for months. They got it unstuck for me.

Likewise. I keep asking for reimbursement and they pay me back.
I keep asking them to resolve whatever the issue is. They don’t and the invoices keep coming.
