Featured Offer (Buy Box) Ineligable For All Listings but our Account is Healthy, don't know why

Hi Amazon Professionals,

We have been selling on Amazon for many years, well aware Amazon policies and doing our best to maintain our account health. We lost listings' Buy Box option for all of our products with no reasons. lost two days on 1st, 2nd July, this week on 18th, 19th, lost the all listings' Buy Box option again.

Contacted seller support many times but none are able to provide solutions. Any experience sellers with this same issue, thank you for your advise!

Late Shipment Rate - 0%

Valid Tracking Rate - 98.86%
