Can you please help me as I am trying to enrol in Vine Program but I am not able to for some reason. it gives Error 909 but I have followed the link and updated my product category but I still have the error.

if you are FBM .. you are banned / blocked from VINE... go figure.. Amazon is a dumpster fire.
