Amazon Easy Ship is a fast, affordable and easy delivery service for Amazon sellers.
With Amazon Easy Ship, sellers simply hand over packaged orders to our partner carriers for direct delivery to customers. In turn, your customer will get reliable, trackable deliveries. We also offer Amazon Managed Customer Returns and Customer Service, saving you time and money, and allowing you to focus on growing your business.

Amazon Easy Ship Fees
For all Amazon Easy Ship orders, we charge a fee per unit that varies according to the product (higher or lower than R500, VAT included) and the product's weight range.

- Weight-based handling fee will be calculated on whichever is greater of actual weight or volumetric weight
- The total for each parcel is rounded up to the nearest weight range
- Amazon considers dimensional weight in kilograms = (length x width x height in centimetres) ÷ 5,000
- Fees will be calculated for each order, adding the parcel weight to the product weight
- The maximum length of parcel is 175 cm, with a maximum girth of 419 cm (girth = 2*height + 2*width)
- The calculation of fees for selling on Amazon will not change for Amazon Easy Ship programme sellers and will continue to apply normally to your orders
- Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in South African Rand (ZAR) and do not include applicable taxes, such as VAT. As fees are subject to change, please check Seller Central for the most up-to-date information
Weight-based handling fee will be calculated on whichever is greater of actual weight or volumetric weight. Volumetric weight (in kg) is calculated as (length x width x height in cm) / 5,000. Refer to the Easy Ship fee help page to get a detailed breakdown of the fees

How does Amazon Easy Ship work?
Register for Amazon Easy Ship in 3 simple steps.
Step 1:
Sign up for a selling account
Register for a seller account and upload your listings. You're automatically enrolled in Amazon Easy Ship - no extra set up needed! Note: this service is available exclusively for Professional Sellers and is limited to eligible postcodes and product types.
Step 2:
Review your pickup address and preferences
You can review or change your pickup location and settings at any time by clicking on 'Amazon Easy Ship settings' in your Account Info page.
Step 3:
Process your orders and you're ready to go
When orders come in, simply pick and pack your items, then schedule a handover through Seller Central. Attach the label provided and hand it over to our Amazon-managed carriers.
If your orders are set for drop-off, find the closest drop off location for either The Courier Guy (TCG) or DPD Laser, depending on who is assigned, to complete the handover process.
If your orders are set for pick-up, one of the carriers will collect it from your registered address during the selected time slot.

Who are Amazon's Partner Carriers?
Amazon currently utilises The Courier Guy (TCG) and DPD Laser
Can we choose which carrier gets assigned?
No. Either The courier guy (TCG) or DPD laser (DPD) will be assigned automatically when you schedule the handover.
Can you use Easy Ship and FBA together?
Yes, you can. From the account menu, click on “Inventory”, go to “Manage inventory”, find the listing you would like to assign to FBA, click on the drop-down arrow next to “edit” and select “add another condition”. On this page, you can change the fulfilment channel to “Fulfilment by Amazon” and immediately start the “Send to Amazon” process. Once complete you will have the same listing on both Amazon Easy Ship and FBA concurrently, optimising your inventory management.
Can I choose between the pick up or drop off model?
Unfortunately, you can't choose which model is assigned. We use a model to automatically assign pick-up or drop-off. You will see the assigned model when scheduling a handover. Sellers who fall outside of the available coverage will be allocated to drop off.
