Bank account verification
I am having issue with my bank account verification since December 4, I have submitted 4 bank statements it has my name, my address and my account number, but unfortunately still not verified.
I have emailed, called, and chatted trying to find a solution, but nothing never happened instead I kept receiving email saying to resubmit the verification and I did. After a few hours I received the same email again.
Yesterday I received an email saying " we could not complete the verification. As a result, your case will be closed, and your account will not be activated". I NEED HELP!!! I don't want my account to be closed.
Please someone help me resolve this issue

I have the same issue. When I asked for further information on which requirement the documents are not meeting I get the response "we are unable to provide further details".

I have the same issue! I have tried multiple documents and accounts. Even got a signed copy straight from the bank. Every document checks the requirements listed but I still get an email stating "we could not complete the verification. As a result, your case will be closed, and your account will not be activated".
Any information on who to contact or what to do would be helpful!
