Partnered carrier - schedule a collection
I am using Amazon Partnered Carrier - UPS to send my shipments from a warehouse in France to Amazon FC.
I schedule the collection using send to Amazon and then generate the labels. However UPS never collects.
Then I call UPS and arrange a collection, they still do not collect and usually I need to call at least 5 times before they actually collect it.
Why is this happening? Why is Amazon not arranging the collection? Is there something else I'm supposed to do? I have tried the UPS site but have no access as its technically Amazon's account.
