UK kitchen knife products asin unactive!
My 16 asin suddenly showed unsellable on the 4th of December, showing:
We are not accepting applications to sell.
Other rp_3p_offer in New, Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)
Other Kitchen category in Refurbished condition(s)
Other Kitchen category in Collectible condition(s)
No email notifications or performance notifications have been received, and there has been no impact on the account.
After contacting customer service, they said that there is no channel to appeal and no way to help us to refresh the status of asin.
These products are fully compliant with the requirements for selling knives on Amazon UK, including being new, in the correct category, using Amazon logistics and having the ‘uk-18-knife’ logo, but these 16 asins are still unavailable for sale.
We are urgently looking to the Amazon team to help us resolve this incident, 5 of these products have been sold on Amazon UK for 2 years and this incident has had a huge impact on us.

Since you launched your investigation, 8 of our asins have been restored active.
However, we don't understand why there are still 8 asin's that would be judged as Meat cleavers and cannot be restored. (case ID 10658703932)
Amazon support team mentioned " Meat cleavers are only permitted for sale through Fulfillment by Amazon.", all our products including the above unactive asins are delivered by Amazon. Logistics for delivery, so why can't we get these asins active?
One of the unactive asin is even just a 4 inch fruit knife!
We searched for similar products on Amazon.CO.UK. and found that there are many sellers of different brands still selling products very similar to our unactive aisns knives as normal. They even appear in the "Best Sellers in Chef's Knives" ranking, which is very unfair to us.
According to the system, our unactive asins stock will be removed by Amazon at one point in March 2025. Again we ask for your help, it is very important for us.

This product was unactive on the 4th of December, then became active with your help on the 4th of January, and is now unactive again!
Why is this happening? How can I prevent this situation from happening?
