Access FBA fee discounts with Amazon packing recommendations
You can now access lower Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) costs with fee discounts when you follow our new Amazon recommended packing method for small parcel deliveries.
When you create a new inbound shipment in the Send to Amazon workflow, you'll now see an Amazon recommended packing method option in Step 1b.
When you follow our recommendations to pack certain products together, we'll suggest "pack groups" which are optimised SKU groupings that help distribute your products more efficiently.
Once we receive all the boxes for your inbound shipment, we'll verify that the inventory is packed according to the Amazon recommended pack groups. Within 30 days after successful validation, we'll automatically apply an FBA fulfilment fee discount up to the maximum fee for your future FBA orders.
This new recommended packing method is optional, and you can view the discount amount before you decide if this method is right for you.

Hi there, I can see figures , however I have information missing which does not amount to the figures / savings which Amazon promises for splitting the boxes. Also, when shipping multiple packages we pay 3 x more on postage compared to sending one box.if you can let me know asap

Been trying to use this new packing for a couple of shipments and running into the same issue:
1 Error
This item must be removed.
What did I do:
Uploaded an xl file with the inventory I was sending
Printed the barcodes
Moved onto Step 1b and generated the xl file with the Amazon desired box quantities
A day later updated this downloaded file with the actual box sizes and weights and uploaded to Amazon - after clicking the 'confirm and continue' button the error comes up and you can go no further.
So far the only solution from Amazon is to delete the workflow and start again. This will then give you a new xl sheet with new Amazon desired quantities so you have to open all your packages, sort all your SKU's, and redistribute into the new allocations. As long as I then do all of that in the same day, measure and weigh the new packages going to Amazon, update the new xl sheet, and upload on the same day it seems to work!
Posting in case anyone else has the same issues but found a better solution :)
