I just listed my product and I am being told that they can’t post my product under the scented candle category as the seller list is huge and so they limit the number of products. What’s even happening??
I am quite new to all of this and really very annoyed with the customer support!!!

some categories would be gated to new sellers. All you can do is appeal or try to get sales in another category and try again. Though given your username, that might not be possible

Sorry, I’m not quite sure what the actual problem is but one thing that strikes me is why are you even bothering with an item that is being sold by so many other sellers.
Regarding seller support, this is the standard. It won’t get better so learn to fix your own problems and only resort to them if you really can’t find a solution.

There is too much competition on Amazon, I had a few scented candles and I even sent a few to FBA and they came back to me one year later. The exact same candles sell relatively well on eBay without ads. I sold others FBM but with a smaller margin to get rid of them.
