Finding an Order Number for Return with no return slip and UPS tracking number?
Does anyone know a way to find the order number for a return with no return slip and and a UPS tracking number? I can search USPS tracking numbers but cannot search a UPS tracking numbers for some reason or I am entering it wrong perhaps. I believe the customer sent back a product I've never sold (its also used) so I no means of finding it in my orders. All I have is a UPS tracking number a mystery product. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you go to your returns and change the pulldown to tracking number and enter in the UPS tracking number, it should bring up the return associated with that tracking number. You indicated that the USPS tracking numbers are working but not UPS. If you aren't mis-entering the UPS tracking number, I have no idea on that, UPS tracking numbers look up fine for me.
