We're updating our Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Pay on Behalf service policy for the UK, Spain and France.

Here's what's changing on 27 August 2025:

1. One simple policy: We’ll combine separate policies for each country so that you can find relevant policy information in one place.
2. EPR fee reserves: We may hold EPR eco-contribution and service fees in reserve to ensure that we can make timely payments to environmental organisations.
3. Flexible charging: We may charge additional EPR eco-contribution and service fees at times that may differ from the applicable reporting cycle, including additional charges due to regulatory recalculations.
4. Required data sharing: We may share legally required product and sales data with environmental organisations to ensure your compliance with EPR regulations.
