Automatic invoice creation

I sell on handmade so my turnover is well below the VAT threshold. Amazon used to create the invoices for me automatically for business customers; A few months ago they rechecked my lack of VAT registration and agreed it was OK but the invoice creation stopped. I've spoken to them but they said it's an automatic process they don't control and can't restart it. It's a complete pain because when I'm away from the office for more than 24 hours I'm having to check business customer orders and then create invoices on my phone within the 24 hour deadline which is really not ideal - I would like to be able to have a day off occasionally! Is there anyway to reinstate the invoicce creation does anyone know. so that I can relax about it a bit? Or do I have to wait acertain amount of time before it comes back? When I use the 'Not required to register for VAT' link in the Tax settings area I just get the message 'You are not eligible for automatic receipt generation.'; Any ideas on how I can reinstate it please?
