This is the sellers forum not a direct line to Amazon.
Did you click the "Reactivate Your Account" button as they said? Try doing that
It says they cannot verify the information you gave and to contact Seller Support - have you done that, if yes why did they say? If no, try doing that using the Help link at the top

Did you click the "Reactivate Your Account" button as they said? Try doing that
