Deactivated and its amazons fault

Amazon has completely ruined me after all my hard work, sweat, and tears. From day one, I have had ongoing issues with Amazon, as can be seen in my previous discussions with support. Now, my account has been deactivated because they were unable to verify my submitted information—despite the fact that I have already explained this multiple times. Keep in mind that my information was previously verified. The issue originally started with the deposit method. I registered as a sole trader, which should have allowed me to use my personal bank statement for verification. Initially, my account was successfully verified, and everything was in order. However, after almost a year of dealing with various Amazon-related issues, I finally got my product up and running. In my second month, I experienced significant growth, with nearly 60 sales in the first five days of February this was a huge milestone for me.The real problem began when I tried to withdraw funds to continue my production. My withdrawal attempts failed multiple times, so I contacted support. After investigating together, we determined that the issue was related to my bank’s location. I updated the details accordingly and attempted to reverify my account, but the verification failed. When I contacted support again, they told me that the name on my bank statement did not match the business name on my account. I was then advised by an Amazon representative that, as a sole trader, I should change the business name to my personal name. I followed this instruction, only for it to trigger a full re-verification of my account, which failed because the updated name no longer matched the original documents I had previously submitted. As a result, my account was deactivated.I have explained this entire situation to Amazon multiple times, but Seller Support does not seem to fully understand my case. Their responses have been vague and unhelpful, and communication has been difficult. Despite resubmitting all of the original documents that were previously accepted, Amazon refuses to review them properly.I have invested an incredible amount of time, money, and effort into building my business, only to be blocked from accessing my own funds. Amazon’s handling of this situation has been incredibly unfair, and I am now at a complete standstill. I need this issue resolved immediately so I can continue my business operations. Can someone please help me? Im on the verge of a mental breakdown

you may be a sole trader but did you open your account in a business name / if so your bank details should be that of the business not your personal account.

For instance - you could be Joe Blogs but you account may be Joe Blogs Shoes - if so your bank account should be in name of Joe Blogs Shoes even if your a sole trader.
