Account Suspension lifted but still holding onto my money

My account was suspended as I did not make it clear I am a drop shipper. I have now amended this and it shows that I am a drop shipper. I took an exam after watching a video and passed. I now have products selling again. So I sent them out...
But Amazon are still holding my money, they pay date came and went, its now set at the 8th of Janaury and it thousands of pounds they hold. I have now taken every item off sale as I am unable to send more items and not know when and if I will get paid.
I have written to "selleraccount-review at amazon co uk" many many times asking why...? But no reply. I had a phone call with customer services and she said, send an email...
Has anyone else had this and did you ever get your money?

I am confused what you mean by making it clear you're a drop shipper? what exam?
is your account fully verified, and your bank account?

That's not the drop shipping policy as I understood it. Simply telling the customer that the order will contain shipping labels that indicate another seller doesn't get around the policy.
Wit regards to the money aspect - what does it actually show on your disburements page?
