We accepted the invite to receive a Reseller selling role for a brand on May 5th, but we still don't have access to edit the listings, etc. How can we check the status of the request or what we can do to make progress on the request?

I’m trying to get my brand registered and it got rejected. I submitted an appeal and got an email saying it was rejected because of one of more of a list of reasons but no clarity on what was done wrong and if I can resubmit. What can I do please. I’m new to this and it’s confusing. Customer service is also not helpful

Please help, I am selling recycled refurbished Mobile Phones under USED condition so obviously don't have invoices from the Brand that I can upload.
My items are being removed as I need to upload an invoice as they need Brand Approval. Most of these items I have been selling on Amazon for years.

We only want to sell to the UK.
Also; is it possible to fulfil orders directly to customers, as opposed to storing stock in Amazon fulfilment centres?
