I received feedback yesterday for 204-7191461-5013914 which says:
"Five of the 12 pencils were yellow. Not an assortment. Only one blue and one green five red."
At this point the pack of 5 pencils purchased had been with the Yodel driver for 55 minutes. If they have managed to make a 330 mile journey in that time I shall streak through my local Amazon Go store!!
I have contacted the customer who cannot work out how to remove or edit the feedback, but has confirmed via email that they did enter incorrect feedback. Incidentally I do not sell, nor have I ever sold, the 12 pack of pencils.
Feedback Manager AI rejected my request. I added a message explaining the situation and sent it back. A human replied who said it clearly shows I sent the customer an incorrect item. That would be the item still in transit, that the buyer has not received yet (and shouldn't have received yet either according to the delivery promise).
Please can a mod escalate this, as it's clearly been a mistake on the customer's end and shouldn't impact our DSRs @Angie_Amazon @Julia_Amzn
