Looks a lot like a test transaction. I'd check if you have Mexico at the top of seller central
I have had a nightmare experience with Amazon Mexico. I have never sold anything there, I have no listings there, but they have charged me hundreds of euros over the years, because I am forced to have a "professional" seller account there (to be able to sell in Amazon Canada). I was only able to to see these charges randomly when I looked at the balance on different marketplaces. When I contacted them they insisted that I should be charged, because somehow their system had slipped one (1) item in the MX inventory. I have had all connections removed, but somehow this kept happening. I fought with them last year and they did nothing. When I noticed that they charged me again this year, I was able to get the MX marketplace to go on "inactive" status. This happened only after dozens and dozens of frustrating messages and the usual copy-paste messages from them.
So, beware. Selling nothing there but having accidentally one item in your MX inventory will cost you approx 23 eur per month.
