Starting on July 13, we’ll only accept product compliance test results from compliant labs that meet our safety standards. This change will ensure that all test results are accurate and help keep customers safe.
We’ve compiled a list of labs that don’t meet our safety standards. We recommend that you check the list before you request test results or submit product documentation.
The list of unapproved labs will be updated periodically based on our findings. If you submit a compliance document issued by a laboratory on this list, it will be rejected during our document review process.

Hi Amazon, MODS, you need to be aware that you are Whitelisting and promotion Ningbo Gig Testing Facility here

However, this testing facility DOES NOT comply with Amazons requirements.
We used them for a product after seeing Amazon say they were acceptable and compliant.
However, in your latest update, you state that for any non EU lab, they MUST have the ILAC logo also Governmental logo so in this case CNAS and ID on the test report and certificates.
However, this particular lab, refuse to put the Logo on saying it is not needed.
We have sent them the details from Amazon and they continually say they dont have to do this.
So erm, yeah you need to either pull them into line or remove them. As otherwise businesses like us are going to have to take that product and pay again to have it retested elsewhere.
If the company are NOT compliant with Amazons terms they should be removed from your list of approved suppliers surely ?
Its not good to have them showing as approved when they do NOT comply with adding the logos.
I can see from their website and their ILAC certficiate they are registered with ILAC and CNAS. But as a testing facility they refuse to add the logos to any reports.
