Still waiting for brand approval 50 days after expected decision date

I requested approval for Zo Skin Health in the Ireland marketpla on the 13th December with an expected date on the 20th December. It is now 50 days past this date and I am still waiting. I have updated the case on multiple occasions with no reply from support
When I last posted regarding this issue I was told to wait as brand approval is very busy but I feel I have waited for more than an acceptable time now. I was also told by a mod that nothing could be done by themselves as a resolution had not been made.
I uploaded invoices to support the approval request plus I also already sell the brand here in the uk market so am unsure about what the delay is.
Has anyone else taken this long for approval? It should be straightforward. My contact with Brand Approval is being ignored so no idea what I can do now. Although I am aware rasing multiple cases for one issue is an Amazon policy violation I had no choice due to the delay to raise another one last night explaining the situation but received a reply from support stating that they could not help as the brand approval team would be dealing with it. I cannot even try to apply again as there is no way of cancelling the application and if i go to request approval it is showing as pending.
Any advice from anyone who has been through this? It seems that the approval request has been forgotten/ stopped. with no notifications. Is there absolutely nothing that the forum moderators can do as I have come to a complete dead end? The original case id is 10612165732
