I cvant access my primary seller account
Hello everyone, I had a seller account which was suspended due to violations. The account had about 3k in it which is being help by Amazon as I appeal. The problem is, I no longer have access to that account. Meaning, when I try to login with the email I registered with, it says the account is not associated. So the account has been deleted somehow. I can't access nor can I contact Amazon. Whenever I try o submit a question through another account I created, I get an automatic reply saying this is not the appropriate channel to submit an appeal. Can someone provide me with a direct phone number. or email I can reach them at?

Find the suspension notice and POST THAT but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
Is it a Section 3 violation for dropshipping, IP violations, RA, OR, you used a Virtual Assistant and they 'helped' you with paperwork and forged documents?
ALSO, post the appeal (if you submitted one) so we can see what you said. SOME appeals actually make things worse rather than better.
If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....

First, you need to gain access to account to be able to take any action on the account. Unfortunately, for this issue you will have to contact the Seller Support Team for further assistance in getting access to that account.
Create a case log for the Seller Support Team and explain you need assistance with login to your account.
Please post the performance notification about the deactivation in this thread, so the community and I can provide the assistance you need (Remove all personal information).
