No-one here can tell you what further info or documents are required. Obviously they are needing more to fully verify your account. As you are Ltd. have you included the documents related to your Ltd, company ?

No-one here can tell you what further info or documents are required. Obviously they are needing more to fully verify your account. As you are Ltd. have you included the documents related to your Ltd, company ?
