Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed
SS is really starting to get on my nerves. ive been through this stupid process multiple times and now they really dont want to reimburse me for items THEY LOSE
They scan it then lose it and say its a normal process

The ONLY way you will get anyone from Amazon to look at your case ID is by tagging in some of the forum moderators - no other Amazon staff look at the forum.

If its any consolation, this happens to many sellers. The chances are that your shipment is 99% guaranteed to be at an Amazon Centre. They will find the missing items, maybe many months from now. As long as you've labelled them correctly, they will add them back into your inventory.
