Help removing unauthorised sellers of our product
I wonder if anyone can help with an issue we have come across.
We have noticed that there are at least two other sellers selling our products via Amazon UK without authorisation from us (Brand Owner, Trademark Owner). It seems as though the sellers in question are buying our products via a part of our non-Amazon distribution network and reselling under our listings. Our concern is that we will not only be receiving their reviews, but that their pricing will jeopardise our wider pricing strategy for distributors and contractors.
Is there anything I can do via the Amazon platform, or is this a matter we need to take up with the unauthorised sellers directly?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated, as we are at a bit of a loss for how to approach this.

If its a valid supply chain, then they are selling correctly under the listings. They aren't your listngs, they are amazons and anyone can sell those products on amazon if they are buying the valid product via a valid supply chain.
If you believe they are buying from a retail supplier - you might be able to claim they are fake products via brand registry (as they aren't new). But it depends what the supply chain is. Do you state a do not resell on amazon policy via these non-Amazon distributors?
As a side note - your listings that have the primary image with FlipFix on the product. Are they sold with the logo plastered on the product? If not, I'd suggest changing that as technically the customer could claim they aren't recieving the products as shown on amazon.

If you are Brand Registered with Amazon you have tools available in the Brand management area, such as filing a trademark infringement. They are essentially using your trademark to drive traffic to their offer, which can be challenged.
Further, if the products are really your products (buy one and verify), but the other sellers are not buying the products directly from you, and you do not sell to any other distributor or wholesalers, then they are not using a legitimate supply chain. You should contact them directly, stating they are no authorized reseller. A cease and desist message normally works. You have legal tools available if they challenge you. You are in control of who gets to sell your products (as new), not them, especially if you are trademarked which you mentioned you are.
If their product is counterfeit, file a counterfeit claim via Brand management (buy one and verify). This is by far the easiest method, if they are indeed not really your products.

Definitely don't make reference to this when you approach Amazon or if you contact them directly. It would be pretty easy to fall afoul of anti price fixing laws accidentally.

Amazon will not enforce distribution agreements. If it's legitimate stock and your brand isn't gated then they can sell it. You may well have "do not sell on Amazon" in your distribution agreements but thats for you to manage, Amazon won't get involved. I sympathise as i know how incredibly frustrating it is!
