Dymo 4XL won't print labels as of yesterday

I downloaded qz tray to my amazon account, and it is not working with my dymo 4xl. It won't print the labels. I tried switching to a regular printer (which would be a nightmare because I would have to hand cut out every label, and manually tape it on every package.) It prints, but it wastes two sheets of paper because it prints the label on one page and order details on a second piece of paper. I don't need or want the order details to print. I tried switching back to Amazon Print Connect which was working just fine before I made this change.....and now my Amazon print connect won't work with my Dymo 4XL. I've tried this on all three of my computers....and none of them will print the labels from ez tray or Amazon Print Connect. I called Amazon support and they said there were not aware of any issues and could not suggest any fixes. When click print to print the label, the shipping label is squished together into a half inch thickness and rest of label is white.. What can I do to fix this? I'm desperate to get my shipping done, but nothing will work. I've rebooted, reloaded the printer software, basically everything else I could think of. I tried it on a second unrelated computer using Amazon print connect at the same time, and it also is not working. Went to a third location and tried it on a third totally unrelated computer and it isn't working there either. Does anyone have any suggestions? Has Amazon stopped allowing/supporting the Dymo 4XL? Anyone else with this problem?

One other crazy point to note.....when I send the shipping label to my traditional printer.....it prints two pages at a time....the order details page and the shipping label....wasting two sheets of paper....and it cuts off the left side of the label forcing me to handwrite in my return address....then I have to cut it out manually and tape it on the package.

We use Dymo 4XLs and have not encountered this issue. Perhaps take a look at the page size and label size settings. They may have been reset to default when QZ was downloaded.

We have a similar issue...our 4XL just stops from time to time. The only solution that has worked consistently is to unplug the printer from both terminals at the printer. WAIT until the blue light goes out the plug cables in: USB first then power. Hopefully this will work for you as well...

I'm having the same issue. Print Connect is no longer working; you just get a ZIP file with a bunch of PDF labels. QZ Link now prints them all, but includes pack sheets for everything. I haven't figured out how to configure this system to actually work.

I could be wrong, but I think maybe Amazon is purposely not working with certain companies. My iPhone used to print orders flawlessly, then there was some kind of change and the postage would no longer print - printed nonsense characters. Had to do reprint from the laptop. Still cannot print postage from iPhone.

I had the same issue. The reason is because an update to "Windows Defender" is blocking your label printer. I had to turn it off and redo my label printer settings. Now it is working again with no issues. Hope this helps.
