Good evening, I received an ip complaint (Parallel Import) (I specify that I do not buy goods from outside Europe) from a seller and now I need a Letter of Authorization to be able to sell a product again, can you help me with an example of LOA?

you’ll likely find examples of you do a Google search. The important thing is it needs to be from a representative of the brand the IP complaint refers to.

Hello @Seller_TEitTOh6zQYVf,

I'm Abella from Amazon, here to help you. I see that your inquiry relates to the requirement for a Letter of Authorization (LOA).

Amazon does not allow listings that violate the intellectual property rights of brands or other rights owners. Please refer Amazon intellectual property policy.

As mentioned that you've received an IP complaint, could you kindly share the performance notification for further assistance.

The letter of authorization is issued directly by the rightful owner or brand owner, confirming permission for you to utilize their trademark, design, or logo for a specified period.

As accurately pointed out by @Seller_ZJhFeE3tNKzfh, you must contact the brand owner directly to obtain a Letter of Authorization (LOA)

If you need any further assistance, you can post here so that we or any of the sellers on forum can help you.

Regards,

Abella.
