how to cancel a new account
i'm looking for help in canceling this newly created seller account, after all the trouble to create it, and the just recent integration of PRINTIFY and AMAZON, i cannot 'publish' a single listing after 2 days of trying to do so and doing everything i can and know how to do to make it happen. no matter what i do i get the 'publishing error' message on my PRINTIFY store, without any explanation as to why the products could not be published and linked with AMAZON. i dont know what else to do on my side, since i did all the steps, to create and activate the seller account, to design and describe the product that i cannot list for sale. is there a phone number to call OR some link from the menu to click that will get me to the right place. i waited for 1 hour on PRINTIFY to chat with a live agent for help and no one from PRINTIFY responded to my chat request.
