Hi @jiujiangjiemeidadian,

I apologize, but I don’t have enough information to specifically address why HACCP certificates from your supplier are being denied by Amazon. However, I can offer some general guidance on certification processes that may be helpful.

When submitting Certifications to Amazon, it’s important to ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date. Amazon reviews submitted Certifications within 7-10 business days, and if rejected, you should receive an email explaining why.

Some common reasons for certification rejection include:

  • Discrepancies between the business name on the certification and the name in your Seller Central account
  • Expired certifications
  • Incomplete or unclear documentation

To address potential issues:

  1. Double-check that your “Doing Business As” name in Seller Central matches your legal business name.
  2. Ensure you’ve provided the most recent certification documents with current expiration dates.
  3. Review the certification requirements carefully to make sure you’ve included all necessary information.

If you’ve verified these points and are still experiencing issues, I recommend contacting Seller Support for more specific assistance with your HACCP certification submission. They’ll be able to provide more detailed insights into why your particular certificates are being denied. If you share your case ID in this thread, I'll review to ensure it's being addressed properly.

Regards,

- Manny

Hi there, you can find clarification on this topic if you search STC Forum, HACCP certification. A lot of sellers think that if they are not actually manufacturing the product, then their suppliers certificate is most appropriate, but this is not the case. I hope the forum discussions help you.
