Amazon Itself Keeps Reappearing on My Brand Listing
Hi everyone,
I’m reaching out to see if anyone else has experienced something similar — I’m dealing with a recurring IP infringement issue where an unauthorized seller (Amazon itself) keeps listing on my branded ASIN, despite us being the sole manufacturer and rights owner.
We’ve filed multiple IP complaints through Brand Registry, and each time Amazon accepts the complaint and removes themselves from the listing. However, after a short time, they relist again without our authorization. This has happened around 8–10 times now, creating a frustrating and damaging cycle for our brand.
We have never sold inventory to Amazon or authorized them to sell our product in any capacity.
Has anyone successfully dealt with this kind of situation? Is there a way to prevent Amazon from auto-relisting or permanently block unauthorized selling by Amazon itself?
Appreciate any insights or suggestions.
Thanks in advance.
