Out of Stock / Inactive - Total lack of Support
I have had a line item in stock and active in FBA for over two months up until this morning when it is suddenly Out of Stock / Inactive.
I phone support to be told it was a mistake and it’s now reserved. Then directly underneath a contradiction saying it’s not reserved and will be available for sale soon.
I called back and voiced my concerns over the lack of consistent messaging and confusion to then be told it’s being sidelined for further processing . I have been given no indication of how long this will take and am loosing sales. As a new seller I am completely frustrated with the poor communication from support.
Can anyone shed some light on whether they have experienced the same and what the outcome was?

Checking internally, I see the listing is active back with units available for sale. I understand that this issue is now resolved correct? Can you confirm?
