Shipment Created through UPS (non-partnered carrier) but dispatched through DHL
I created a shipment on 20-05-2024. Initially, I selected UPS (non-partnered carrier) as the courier company. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to send the parcel through UPS (non-partnered carrier), and I am unable to change the courier partner on the shipment record.
I dispatched my parcel through DHL, and the DHL tracking number was updated in the shipment's tracking ID. According to the tracking record, the parcel has been delivered. However, this information has not yet been updated on the Amazon shipment record.
I kindly request your appropriate advice.

Of course! How could it? You put UPS as freight forwarder and it was sent by DHL. Your DHL tracking number doesn't match with your freight forwarder. It will never be updated.

The tracking will not impact if the shipment gets received or not, you just wont be able to track the process through Seller Central.
