FC damage- Reimbursed way less then product purchase price

I have a problem with a recent reimbursement for an item damaged by FC. Item purchase price is £5 and they reimbursed me only £2.82 (totally random, as previously got 5.36 for the same item automatically). They failed to explain why, keep dumping the lost and damaged guidelines in their answers.

Hello Koalina,
Have you entered your sourcing cost of £5.00 into Amazon?
If not
1. Navigate to the Manage All Inventory page.
2. Select Inventory > Inventory Defect and Reimbursement.
3. In the top right corner, click on Manage Sourcing Cost.
4. Locate the incorrect item(s) and upload an Excel file with the necessary details. They may request an invoice to verify the purchasing price.
By doing this, you should receive the correct reimbursement for the lost item—I believe it backdates your recent reimbursements, too, for any that are incorrect.
Hope this helps.

Hello @Seller_jamPzWweIdXHh, thank you for posting. Did you receive the correct reimbursement amount in the end?
