Out of interest how is everyone finding DpD are the delivery getting there as fast as UPS? I’m not worried about a collection as they collect everyday i’m like everyone here wanting stock to arrive in a timely manner.

DPD are my go-to for SPD shipments. If they are delayed, it's only because Amazon requests it to be delivered on a specific date.

How do you arrange collection from DPD?
I could find no way to arrange collection without paying again and their customer service said that Amazon would need to arrange it!
I cancelled the collection and rebooked through UPS

I was excited about DPD starting but now I have found that my boxes are too big and I can't use them. I don't really understand why. DPD have no problem with my boxes when I use them normally.
Also I am pretty frustrated that they are a lot cheaper for 22kg parcels. However the maximum parcel size that can be sent when using recommended pack groups is 15kg.

Dont see the point in using DPD,UPS almost always deliver next day & DPD are 20% dearer.

I use them even if they are more expensive, so much quicker for me! I had a collection Monday 1pm, was delivered to fulfilment centre Tuesday afternoon, even started seeing sales by the evening. Fantastic!

I'm happy to confirm DpD was faster and cheaper than UPS. I'm sure this will depend on each fulfilment centres.

We are finding it very hard to book collection. It is not easy as Ups. We would like to use DPD but we are not using currently simply because of collection issue. We are correctly sending parcels everyday.
So if DPD can make booking collection easy then we would change
