URGENT: Negative Feedback for Alleged Fake Item – Need Assistance
A customer left negative feedback and reported us to Amazon, claiming we are selling fake items. We submitted all the required paperwork, and we were able to resume selling with buy box on us.
However, the negative feedback ("Avoid buying fake!!!!!!!!!") has not been removed even its FBA item and approved its not fake.
We have successfully sold 400 units of this product without a single complaint until now. This particular case seems like an abuse of the system possibly to get a free item or due to competition.
There should be a threshold or percentage of sales vs. reports before taking such serious action. Otherwise, any competitor or dishonest buyer can unfairly harm sellers.
Could you please assist in getting this unfair feedback removed?

These cases have already been thoroughly reviewed by the partner team, who determined the feedback does not meet Amazon's removal criteria.
For any further appeals regarding this matter, please work directly with Seller Support, as they have the proper tools to handle such requests.

I’m reaching out again regarding the customer feedback I previously asked to be removed. The customer has agreed to have it deleted, but as you know, the Feedback Manager system doesn’t allow removal in these cases.
You mentioned earlier that the team reviewed the case and couldn’t proceed with deletion. However, I later sent a detailed explanation to Amazon's Managing Director via email, and as a result, one of the feedbacks was successfully removed and the others are under review. This leads me to believe that perhaps my original explanation wasn’t forwarded properly or thoroughly considered by the internal team.
I was really disappointed by how things were handled, especially since the customer is supportive of the removal. Could you please take another look or escalate this again with the full context and customer confirmation?

I know what the problem is. I tried to change feedback , but it's not possible. I'll try to contact Amazon support directly and maybe with their help I'll be able to change it. It's not easy because I can change the feedback on the order that was canceled, but not directly to the seller.
