Cannot edit Vital info after listing created
Hi all,
I just finished listing my first product and about to ship. However, when I create shipment, it request input expiration date, which my product doesnt have (it's bath sponge). I come back to edit listing but I couldnt find Vital info tab. Is there anyone can help me on how to remove expiration date on my product? thanks a lot.

Have you attempted to edit your product using a feed upload? I'm providing the link to the templates to adjust your detail page below:

If the expiration date status doesn't change within 24-48 hours of uploading your template, please create a case with Selling Partner Support HERE and make sure to include the ASIN you want to update, the status of the expiration date you want to update, and the batch ID number.
When you're ready, please include your support case ID, so I can follow along and answer any outstanding questions once it closes.
