No point to using AMAZON BUY SHIPPING ANYMORE?

@Ezra_Amazon

Can you explain what the benefits of using Amazon Buy Shipping are anymore?

A to Z claims - two purchased via Amazon Buy Shipping and still got ODR?

You keep saying its being looked at but I can see posts going back months/years with the same problem.

You should report this to the Small Business Commissioner together with your evidence and replies

same here - but @Ezra_Amazon is aware of our one.

it seems that amazon sometimes cannot see that buy-shipping was used for an order's shipping - this would seem to be the root of the issue.

We use Amazon Logistics for shipping, where they amazon come themselves and pick up daily from us and delivery to our customers,

We still get get a defect on our ODR if not received. How is this even possible?

we do not even use a third party delivery company, its absolutely ridiculous

Amazon buy shipping only protects you from A-Z claims for 'Did not receive' every other A-Z claim is not protected with amazon buy shipping.

Hello guys

From my own experience all that it's needed to do for the claims not to count on the ODR is to appeal them using the following EXACT wording (it has worked for me every time on at least 15 occassions):

''Hello

This A-Z claim should not affect my ODR (Order Defect Rate) as I purchased Amazon's Buy Shipping for it and it was also shipped on time, and your own policy (https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/help/hub/reference/G200202220?locale=en_GB) clearly states: ''If you purchase Amazon’s Buy Shipping and ship on time, you are protected against a-to-z claims where a customer reports problems with delivery. Those claims will not affect your Order Defect Rate but you are still responsible for the financial loss of these claims.''

I'm fine with covering the financial part but my ODR should ABSOLUTELY NOT BE AFFECTED AT ALL by this A-Z Claim and hence I expect the decison for this claim to affect my ODR to be reveresed asap, otherwise you guys would be breaching your own policy and this would be INCREDIBLY UNFAIR ON THE SELLER (ME)...

Yours sincerely;

(your name here)''

Hope this helps
