The product is actually sold as a product and many other companies are selling it when you search their websites.
We have submitted receipts from our suppliers and screenshots of websites where other companies sell their products to Amazon, but we have not received any replies.
I have been harassed by such buyers before, and the problem was resolved when I submitted receipts and other documents as well. Same problem.
Has Amazon changed recently?
I think it is crazy that they don't even reply.

You need to submit INVOICES from wholesale sources; not receipts for items purchased at retail.
Irrelevant. It doesn't matter what anyone else is doing; you need to prove that you are selling authentic authorized product.
Have you sent Amazon your Letter of Authorization from Frederique stating that you are allowed to sell their products on Amazon? That should resolve things.
