You can absolutely include a QR code that links to your Amazon store in your packaging. As you stated, you cannot link to any sites external to Amazon, but you also cannot use the packaging insert to ask for any reviews or feedback of the product. I would suggest watching this seller university video to ensure the packaging inserts you are designing remain in compliance.
