dangerous goods classification

I am seeking assistance with the dangerous goods classification. I have submitted more than five review requests for two ASINs, but none have been approved. This is a weed wack product that includes two batteries in the package. I have reviewed the relevant regulations for lithium battery products in the US marketplace and believe my product meets the safety requirements.

Below are the relevant parameters for these ASINs:

Are batteries required? Yes

Are batteries included? Yes

Battery Cell Composition: lithium_ion

Battery Weight: 334 grams

Number of Batteries: 2

Battery Type: lithium_ion

Number of Lithium-ion Cells: 6

Lithium Battery Energy Content: 3.7 Watt Hours

Lithium Battery Packaging: batteries_packed_with_equipment

Lithium Battery Weight: 0.3 grams

This information is extracted from the listing's edit page. Please review and let me know if any attributes are causing the review failure. Additionally, there is an ASIN in my backend list with identical safety attributes that passed the dangerous goods classification. Therefore, I believe the two ASINs under review meet the requirements.

I am seeking assistance with the dangerous goods classification. I have submitted more than five review requests for two ASINs, but none have been approved. This is a weed wack product that includes two batteries in the package. Ironically, the new ASIN I created with the same product information has already passed the dangerous goods review. However, due to the current ASIN being restricted, I am unable to remap the SKU with inventory to the new ASIN.

Could I close the current case and hand it over to you for processing? This product is seasonal, and its peak season will end in September. I don't have much time to wait.

In general I wouldn't recommend closing the case yourself as I have reviewed and one of the ASINs B0D97VQ13B and it appears it has completed review and the other is mid processing. If the case doesn't resolve by next week let me know and I will escalate but if you close the case it may make the review take longer. (As my escalation starts the whole process from the beginning.). Thank you for your understanding.

I have a question: After an ASIN has been classified as a non-deliverable hazardous item, is there still hope to change its classification? The incorrect classification happened because I mistakenly entered the wrong value for the "lithium battery weight" attribute. I thought it referred to the entire battery's weight, so I entered a much larger value, changing it from the original 0.3 to 334 by mistake. Now, I have corrected it back to 0.3, but resubmitting it for review doesn’t seem to help. The result is still a rejection.

It's possible that the change might be accepted, however it depends on the age of the change. If the incorrect weight was left on for an extended period (months/years) it may be more difficult for the team to accept the change. If you want to appeal further you can reason out to Seller Support to contest and request a review of the ASIN in some cases. Please provide your most recent case ID on this ASIN and I will be happy to review to see what escalation options I can offer. Thank you for your understanding.

This case was opened for ASINs B0D97VJPVR and B0D97VQ13B. I am trying to request the staff to look up the "lithium battery weight" attribute (or possibly "lithium content") in Amazon’s system for these two ASINs. However, the staff mentioned that they cannot see this attribute in the system and advised me to make the changes myself.

The latest classification results for B0D97VJPVR and B0D97VQ13B are out, and they are still categorized as DANGEROUS GOOD UNFULFILLABLE. Should I continue to submit for review, or should I wait for further action on your side?

Urgent! 172 units of sellable inventory are about to be removed and cannot be canceled.

Thank you for your assistance. However, the inventory for ASIN B0D97VQ13B is about to be removed. Please take a look at this post—I believe it might be related to the dangerous goods classification. Could you help me cancel these removal orders?
