Since the last 27th of Nov 2024, whenever I try to add a SKU / ASIN to the "Send to Amazon" workflow I get the error message (This product must be removed from the shipment because there are currently no fulfilment centres in the destination country capable of receiving the product).
- The Same product with the same dimensions has been selling for 4 years now.
- Seller Support confirmed it is a technical issue from Amazon's side.
- I have been opening multiple cases, with on master case opended since the 6th of Dec ID 10589970902, the problem is still persisting since the 27th of Nov.
- I work day and night to send my products in time and not lose my ranking, but the Support's attittude is a BIG F**k you to me, my time and my efforts.
- Support has the same response for 5 weeks now " The internal team is looking into your case"
- Until today I keep paying daily storage fee for a product packed and finished and ready to leave the warehouse in any minute.
If someone can help I will be thankful, I really don't know what to do anymore.

Check that the weights and dimensions are correct for the ASIN that you are trying to add. If you have it set to 100KG rather than 100G then this will cause this, also if dimensions are confused between inches and cm then this can also cause it. This is how I fixed the same issue a while back!
Firstly I have no idea what your product is so pardon me if I don't make sense. Have you tried getting a phone back from seller support or the online chat. I find seller support via e-mail a waste of time as they do not actually read your problem & just keep repeating a standard AI/algorithm generated reply.
While you attempt a resolution can you offer your product via merchant fulfillment?

This has been going on for the past 12 months its a nightmare and no one will do anything about it - we've had to drop some products to be able to send them into FBA its a complete nightmare but I said to myself I am not prepared to loose anymore sleep or stress over it and so changed things slightly to accommodate another amazon hoop!
Have you tried setting up a different SKU for the same product and seeing if that lets you send it? i.e list the product again from scratch using the same ASIN. The other advice I've had in the past is to re-upload the product using a flat file, that sometimes resets the system. It took me a long time to work out how to do that and I had to do it on my own as Amazon aren't often much help.
Do you get any error messages if you go to edit the product?

Please check your product dimensions (length, width, height) and weight. You may have updated your listing recently and unintentionally entered a size that exceeds Amazon’s allowed limits.
I recommend opening a separate case with Amazon to confirm the exact dimensions of your product.

Send a smaller amount, for example, send 50 instead of 100.
You can try via Upload Products & Inventory
