Unable to send inventory due to LTSF
Hello,
I am unable to send inventory because I encountered the following error:
"Units of this ASIN had pending Long-Term Storage Fee (LTSF) charges and were removed before the LTSF charge. Your ability to send in more units of this ASIN has been limited."
However, we did not initiate any removal. Only one unit of the ASIN was unfulfilled, and an automatic removal was created, which we cannot cancel. Now, we are unable to send more inventory for 90 days, all due to just one single unit.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue, and how did you resolve it? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
