FBM Return Request for an order delivered 145 days ago

A customer was requesting a return for an order that was delivered 145 days ago. And it shows that it is out of the return policy.

If I just close the request, can he still file an A-to-Z claim?

Depends on the type of item. If you sold something as new that should have manufacturer warranty, and the product has an issue, and you are a brand authorized retailer, you send them to the manufacturer for warranty.

If they have a warranty type issue with the product and you are NOT a brand authorized reseller, you will have to provide that warranty yourself, because the brand wont

To list an item as new it MUST come with full warranty from date of purchase
