Accessing listings
I may be being really stupid here but how do I access original listings? When I sell an item and I have another to list I am unable to see the condition of one I have previously listed. It used to be really easy to do. I am obviously missing something. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Seller_HMxMRdomHkjHi
Thank you for reaching out about accessing your original listings. I'm happy to help clarify this for you.
To view your previous listings and their details, including condition, please follow these steps:
- Sign in to your Amazon Seller Central account
- Go to the 'Inventory' tab
- Select 'Manage Inventory'
- Here you should see a list of all your current and past listings
If you're looking for a specific item you've sold before:
- Use the search bar at the top of the 'Manage Inventory' page
- Enter the item's name, ASIN, or SKU
- This should bring up the listing, even if it's currently out of stock
If you're still unable to see your previous listings or their details, it's possible there might be a technical issue or a change in the interface that you're not familiar with yet. In this case, I'd recommend:
- Clearing your browser cache and cookies, then trying again
- Using a different browser to access Seller Central
- If the problem persists, please contact Seller Support directly for personalized assistance
I hope this helps! If you need any further clarification or have additional questions, please don't hesitate to ask. We're here to support our sellers and ensure you have a smooth experience on Amazon UK.
