Parcel labels not accepted at Post Office, tracking codes commencing YA
RM labels purchased today and over the weekend have not been accepted at the Post Office this morning, all have tracking code starting YA - message on the ebay help page about this so guessing it is a nationwide problem - does anyone know if they will they be accepted at my local RM delivery office? I am a very small volume seller, this must be a complete headache for large volume sellers, yet can't see anything on the forum about it

I'm told you can drop them in a sorting office, or arrange an online collection and they will collect.

Our post office accepted them yesterday (even though they couldn't scan) and the tracking notice have started coming through this morning slowly.

Hiya The post office is accepting them , when my hubby took the parcels to the post office they did the same , said they couldnt take them, until the boss checked the system & the email from head office was there , but the didnt give the post offices enough notice it was happening, they have changed to YT on the tracking numbers in the UK. They powers that be staretd the new tracking numbers that morning , but did not inform the post office quickly enough. take you parcels back its the new tracking numbers for the UK
