Unfortunately you have taken a system that previously worked (using the Avask portal) and turned it into something that is:
~ A lot more complex (the spreadsheet is awful)
~ Takes hours longer to process (every product needs a net weight, this cannot be entered via the spreadsheet so has to be done manually taking approx 12-15 seconds per product - for a 400 product shipment which we currently have it's a complete waste of another 2 hours)
~ Takes days longer (every shipment has to be pre-authorised by the broker before it can be shipped - 24 to 48 hours)
~ Need dozens of sheets of paper printed (3 commercial invoices for every box - no courier requires this).
So in every way it has been made worse. I repeatedly pointed all this out in November.
