Hello @Seller_vZEymUp2OA5lJ

From what you've described, it seems you've already completed the initial verification steps including the £1/€1 test transaction. However, sometimes there can be additional security checks triggered by Amazon's system, especially for new seller accounts.

Let me direct you to the most relevant help pages that might assist:

Bank account information

A few common reasons this might happen:

  1. The name on your bank statement must exactly match your seller account details
  2. The address registered with your bank must match your seller account address
  3. The card must be from a bank in your marketplace country
  4. Some virtual cards or prepaid cards aren't accepted for seller verification

Let me know if you have any additional question.

Christine.
