We sell on Amazon as a third-party seller, while there are listings of our brand marked as dispatches from Amazon Sold by Amazon that do not belong to us and are not created by us.
Basically, Amazon is selling inventory that is not from the brand owner directly to the customers.
It leads to my question, if a buyer placed an order from listings that were marked as dispatches from Amazon Sold by Amazon, then this buyer said wow you Amazon sold me counterfeits! What Amazon will do about it? Will Amazon shut down our selling account? We have nothing to do with these listings as they were marked as dispatches from Amazon Sold by Amazon.
Amazon can shut down all selling accounts as easy as pie, we are very concerned that the customers buy directly from Amazon, not us will bring troubles to our selling account.

Hello @Seller_KUB7UJYM0OXXc,
Thank you for flagging an issue with possible counterfeit infringement.
Please refer to Report a Violation help page.
Are you enrolled in the Brand Registry?
Best,
Julia.
Are you FBA?
If so I believe there is a setting which allows Amazon to buy your stock from you and sell it themselves. As such the items are not counterfeit.
Best way to check is your selling reports and see if any of the buyers come back as Amazon UK.
There are two considerations:
1) what CB2Go_550 said
2) If any of your stock has ever been lost or misplaced in the warehouses and Amazon have reimbursed you for it, if Amazon then find the stock after the reimbursement, it then belongs to them as they have already paid you for it. As such, they would then be able to sell it as theirs.
I hope Amazon then advertise such stock as 'Used' and not 'New' as they in effect bought from a retailor :-)
