Hi,
I ned an expert opinion.
I created a removal order of 106 units on 20th December because Amazon restricted that ASIN and deleted it.
Removal id: 2412201PMQ
FNSKU: X0022NGJH
Case id :10755003912
So far I received only 75 units in 7 shipments and 71 received damaged.
I contacted several time with SS and provided all required details how they credited me £27 .
I submitted invoice my 1 unit cost is £4 however SS told me I had credited you according to Amazon lost and damage policy.
I need expert advise what I should do now?

Hello @Seller_PySdyFt3zizjN
Following on your post. After having a look on case ending 3912 there is no extra path from our end. The reimbursement amount is determined in accordance with the FBA lost and damaged inventory reimbursement policy and related FBA Service Terms of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement.
Any assistance, don’t hesitate to reach out to our support channel.
