I'm posting on here because Amazon have gone from being unreasonable to being completely unresponsive. A customer fraudulently claimed that one of the products I sold them was fake and started a circus that's now ended with my account being permanently deactivated.
This was a a common occurrence with customers lwho wanted to keep both the product and the funds and I was happy to send over invoices to Amazon to prove that I would never sell counterfeit items, only for them to reject the invoices every single time for 'reasons they don't disclose', despite my submissions meeting every single one of the requirements.
I'm currently at a loss now with regards to what I need to do because they're also withholding funds. It'd be nice to see more legislation for ecommerce platforms like this to prevent sellers being in these situations at at the mercy of billion pound/dollar companies, especially when the sellers who are actually selling counterfeit items are continuing to do so and ruining the marketplace for everyone else.

Was the correct brand on the listing itself? If not that can be the issue.
There's always the mediation route (look in help), but based on your feedback Amazon may not be keen to have you back.
who is the supplier, are the invoices provided by authorized dealer of the brand or the brand itself? they are not accepting our invoices or giving us any option to have our account reinstated either bcz they are unable to verify our supplier it's been about 9-10 months.
you must also ensure that the invoices are dated before the complaint. Call account health specialist for information on why they rejected appeals.
Did you purchase the goods from a verified wholesaler or manufacturer?
What are the goods (generic will do ie skin care)and where did you buy them from (specific)?
On the listing that you are selling on have you checked the listing (some are made by users selling multiple items and they have put there own brand in the brand section and added their own ean/upc to do this) If the item your selling is listed like this then your receipts wont match.
You say you have sent them 300 receipts not being funny but if you have 300 receipts you dont seem to be buying in bulk for an item have you by any chance watched some youtube videos on ho0w to sell on amazon.
